Welcome to the final edition of AI for the Rest of Us for 2024. For all the newbies who’ve joined recently, welcome, we’re thrilled to have you. For the OG that’s been around, you’ll notice that we’re doing something a bit different this edition.

Instead of diving deep into a single topic like we usually do, we’re ending the year with a snapshot of where we are with AI – a sort of “State of AI” as we wrap up 2024.

I’ve collected what I think are the most relevant (some surprising, some probably not) statistics about AI adoption, usage, and impact. My goal: to help you understand where we are with this technology – not where the headlines say we are, but where the rest of us actually are.

Oh, and don’t worry – we've still got our Play Time section at the end (this week is holiday edition). Enjoy 🎅.
