Kyser Thompson
Founder & Principal
Kyser brings two decades of experience working with companies like Apple, Google, Meta, Nike, Netflix, and ESPN. He founded AI for the Rest of Us to solve a problem he kept seeing: executives who sensed AI's importance but lacked a trusted partner to help them act on it.
For the past two years, he's been immersed in helping organizations build real AI capability—not just strategy decks, but working systems and trained teams that know how to use them.
Kyser believes technology should serve people, not replace them. The organizations that win with AI won't be the ones with the most technology. They'll be the ones who use it to sharpen human judgment and give people their time back.

Bryson Vogeltanz
Principal
Bryson brings extensive executive leadership experience building and scaling organizations from the ground up. As a key leader at Passion City Church and the END IT Movement, he's developed a proven track record of turning vision into operational reality.
His expertise lies at the intersection of strategy and execution. He understands that great ideas mean nothing without the organizational capability to implement them.
At AI for the Rest of Us, Bryson focuses on helping organizations build the muscle to adopt AI – not just the strategy to understand it. Implementation is the proof.
